• Keep my only issue with the article is the inclusion of the term ‘open’ in the title, which as the nominator says, would make it a news-tracking piece. In fact the text of the article makes clear it isn’t news and the cases discussed aren’t in fact all open. The topic of which institutions since 2014 have been under investigation is sufficiently well sourced to be notable. I’d just move it to a new title without the word ‘open’. • Delete A WP:NOTDIRECTORY violation (trivial cross-categorisation based on an item which fails WP:NOTNEWS). There's no indication of lasting significance of this (WP:NTEMPORARY), and although I can find coverage of Title IX itself (including in academic sources - for ex. [1]), I can't find anything that suggests a list of all institutions which were at some point in time subject to an investigation under it is an encyclopedic topic (thus failing WP:LISTN). • Delete per User:RandomCanadian's well-articulated comment above. It is unimaginable (and contrary to the role of Wikipedia) for this article to be updated actively enough to remain current, and even if sources existed that could be used to do so (they don't, as far as I can tell), this is the core of WP:NOTNEWS. While we're at it, we also have enough sources to write and maintain Current length of Taylor Swift's hair, List of planes currently in the air and Most recent hamburger eaten by the President of the United States. jp×g 00:53, 1 October 2021 (UTC)
