This is the logo of USA Cricket, and so is a valid fair use there and only there. It is not a valid fair use on United States national cricket team, as it not the cricket team's logo (this article should use US flag instead). Similar discussions have taken place for e.g. Cricket Ireland and BCCI logo. Joseph2302 (talk) 14:00, 26 June 2023 (UTC)

Remove from United States national cricket team as it is not their logo. Invalid fair use. An argument could be made, however, that the logo consists only of text and simple geometric shapes and is therefore not eligible for copyright. According to this archive from just a week prior to when this image was uploaded here, no GNU FDL or other free license was being used on the source site. An archive from a couple weeks later also shows no explicit free licensing. It is unclear why the uploader claimed the file was under that license. The About page on that site lists no copyright license, free or otherwise, so it must be assumed the items on the site (including this photo) were not licensed under a free license since that requires explicit release. ···日本穣 · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WP Japan! 20:55, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
