hi. it's US Govt property since it's owned by the National Gallery of Art so presumably USA would hold the copyright --thus essentially no copyright. i did make the image and released it for wiki-use. whatever rights tag that may need, feel free to add. best wishes. @Cramyourspam: copyright on the artwork/building and copyright on your photo are separate – even if the artwork isn't copyrighted, you need to choose a license for your photo. [This only applies to 3D art by the way.] Take a look at File:Walkway to West Building and Cascade Cafe.jpg for example. The full list of licenses to choose from is at WP:ICTIC. @Cramyourspam: To use Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (re-users of the image have to credit you and use the same license), edit the file description page and add {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}}, like in the picture I linked. To use public domain (re-users can do whatever they want, and don't have to credit you), instead add {{PD-self}}. (You're allowed to any license at WP:ICTIC but I think these two are the simplest.) There is already a cover being used as primary means of identification in SuperM (EP). This alternative cover has no sourced commentary in the article about this image itself thus its omission would not be detrimental to understanding the article's topic ( WP:NFCC#8). Hello! I'm okay with having it deleted per WP:NFCC#8 but I'm wondering why keep the physical CD cover instead of the digital cover when the digital cover is the one more commonly seen. Also, I personally can't really find any article pertaining to the album cover so I can't really add much about it in the article proper. Hoping for a response. Thank you for the notification!
