Is this file really in public domain? The website where it is obtained, [1] (trueghosttales.com) states that their images are considered to be "in public domain unless a copyright notice is given." I want to transfer this to WikiCommons, but its PD status is the one I doubt. JWilz12345 (talk) 07:15, 27 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Uploader claims copyright but the EXIF shows the copyright holder to be HARM DOMMISSE PHOTOGRAPHY. OTRS confirmation of permission would be required. Whpq (talk) 15:10, 27 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
