This is a non-free cast photo that is claimed to be used as the primary means of identification in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but that role is taken by the infobox image File:TheRealHousewivesOfBeverlyHillsLogo.png. The cast photo is simply being used to illustrate the cast of some of the seasons. As all of the cast members are living people, and play themselves in the shows, these images are replaceable with free images. In fact, 4 of the 6 cast members listed in this photo have free images available which can be seen on their individual articles. Whpq (talk) 03:26, 22 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This file has three images in its history. The most recent image appears at http://www.troyal.gov/content/6205/16376/16442/default.aspx which states the web site i copyrighted. If the uploader is in fact the copyright holder, we would need OTRS confirmation. This is a non-free cast photo used in The Real Housewives of Orange County with no explanation as to why it is not replaceable. The cast of the shows are living people who are playing themselves in the show so free images of the cast could be had. This is my first time asking for deletion this way, so I'm not sure if I am supposed to comment further or not, but, to be sure, here goes - when I used this file in my sandbox, I found that the text was too small to be read in the thumb, so I revised the image to have the 2 models in a vertical lineup and posted that version to WC. That one works fine as a thumb, so there is no use for this version. Thanks, DennisPietras (talk) 02:28, 23 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, this was a test upload by new editor DennisPietras, so I think comes under both speedy (not currently used on WP) & Wikipedia:Criteria_for_speedy_deletion#G2._Test_pages. With the newly arranged image-montage uploaded to WC, for later use in his article, I don't see any problem for an Admin deleting the WP version as a speedy.--Aspro (talk) 19:32, 25 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Image is taken from flickr which asserts a CC-BY-SA 2.0 license, but the comments on the image indicate it is an image form a book "Big Book of Football Champions 1955", in which case the copyright does not belong to the scanner and they cannot release it under a free license.
