The result of the discussion was: Kept - no convincing explanation of why the enacting of the play is copyright though clearly the written play is - Peripitus (Talk) 22:50, 25 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

File:Yara Arts Group's "Scythian Stones" (2010).jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Virlana (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Derivative work of the play in question. MER-C 04:42, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • I don't agree. The play is a literary work, but all literary aspects that you see on this photograph should be below the threshold of originality. On the other hand, it is a derivative work of the thing that the actors are located on. Does that thing count as a bridge? According to Commons:COM:FOP#United States, bridges aren't copyrightable in the United States. --Stefan2 (talk) 14:26, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Derivative work of the play in question. MER-C 04:43, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • I don't agree. The image is a derivative work of the background (and therefore delete), but not a derivative of the play, since you do not see any creative literary features on the photograph. --Stefan2 (talk) 14:28, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Derivative work of the play in question. MER-C 04:43, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • I don't agree. Derivative work of the background (but maybe that can be argued to be de mimimis here?), but you don't seem to see any distinct literary features. Not sure if the characters' placement is copyrighted, but that would in that case be a copyvio of the choreography rather than the play. --Stefan2 (talk) 14:30, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

File:Byzantine lyra.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Stevepeterson (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Unsourced, unused, factually mislabelled. It's not a Byzantine lyra but a western viola da gamba, and the style of the illustration is most obviously not 11th century Byzantine (as claimed by original uploader) but western Renaissance-era. Could be kept if properly sourced and appropriately renamed, but I haven't been able to identify the original provenance so far. Fut.Perf. 09:50, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

File:New SAS EuroBonus membership card - Diamond.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Richlv (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Redundant to File:EuroBonus-cards.jpg, see WP:NFCC#3a. Stefan2 (talk) 15:31, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

cards image does not include diamond card, only first 3 levels. for example, diamond card image shows that it still prints "star alliance gold" on the card. --Richlv (talk) 15:40, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
There is no discussion about diamond cards, though. See WP:NFCC#3a: showing just one card would be sufficient. --Stefan2 (talk) 15:49, 7 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
