  • Obvious delete. The manifest intent of the article is to serve as a how-to guide. By the way, as regards possible copyright or plagiarism concerns, the content is rather similar to this blog entry on the IELTS test, though I rather suspect that both the Wikipedia article and the blog piece are based on some third source, possibly the test-maker's own guidance materials.
