This topic may lack notability per the general notability guidelines. The article cites no sources; a Google search for potential sources returns many results that list notable speakers for individual cryptography conferences, but there is no coverage of the topic in general. Information about invited speakers would be more appropriate in the articles covering individual conferences (e.g. list the invited speakers of CRYPTO in the article CRYPTO).
