- Merge to CBRE Group since it was purchased by them. If it was not purchased, the existing news would not exist. The news are mostly about this buyout.Maxcreator (talk) 01:46, 27 February 2024 (UTC)

- Delete: Lacks significant coverage in reliable sources. I think a merge is inappropriate per WP:BALASP, as a merge would give far too much weight to this subsidiary; there's already a bullet point the article noting the merger, and I don't think much more needs to be added. voorts (talk/contributions) 01:24, 3 March 2024 (UTC)
