• Merge to NSA per nom. Lacking significant coverage in multiple reliable, independent sources, per the cited sources and above listed source. (?) Cover as an NSA program, which is the context in which sources cover it. Next time I suggest boldly doing so as an alternative before deletion. czar 15:10, 19 July 2024 (UTC)
