The result was keep. There is enough concern that these aren't hoaxes that a deletion would not make sense given sources have been identified for some. Comment I can't see the text of the other deleted Corsi articles, but I don't think this one is fake. L'araldo almanacco nobiliare del napoletano (1878) mentions a Bardo Corsi who was made Marquess of Caiazzo in 1623. There is also an article (which I can't access) about the Corsi family and artistic patronage in the 1985 volume of I Tatti Studies, published by the Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies. - Another more recent source: "Bardo di Giovanni Corsi bought the viceroyal feud of Caiazzo, now a town in the Province of Caserta, becoming its marchese." Keep for now at least and then establish if individual articles are notable. This book about Jacopo Peri published by Harvard University Press extensively talks about Jacopo Corsi and others in the Corsi family. The following sources also mention Jacopo: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] It doesn't look like a hoax to me but some listed may not meet notability - this can probably be sorted out later. It does trouble me that the user was blocked for what seems to be at worst an excess of zeal in writing about more recent members of that particular family (and being an ESL speaker). Atchom (talk) 18:06, 25 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Keep. Per above. Also, I hadn't noticed that this was a collective nomination of several articles. The article on Jacopo Corsi was created in 2005 and has an entry in Britannica...
