[edit]I noticed that two articles that you've created have been or seem like they are going to be speedily deleted. If you need some help getting started here, feel free to go to my talk page and leave me a message. It's difficult to get used to they way Wikipedia works, as we've got a lot of policies and guidelines (including those that make the pages you've created not appropriate, at least as they were written), so I'd be happy to help you get started. One recommendation I have is to take a look at some of the info in the templated message I'm going to add below this, that has some good introductory material; but, of course, I'm happy to answer questions, too. Vinod, I'm not an administrator, but I can tell you that in order to be unblocked, you need to explain why you should be unblocked. You'll need to show that you know what was wrong with what you did before, and why we should believe it won't happen again. The problem is that you can't make an article on that group, because it doesn't meet our notability guidelines. That is, you can't make an article about something just because you want to, as only certain subjects are considered to be acceptable for Wikipedia articles.
