I'm still a little concerned about this page. Your claims of notability seem to be based on:
- Being built by "Atwood"
- Having been occupied by "Admiral Cochet".
"Admiral cochet" turns up zero hits in google, and I can't find mention of an architect named Atwood who lived in that era. To be honest, it sounds more like a real estate listing than an encyclopedia entry. Can you clarify what it is that makes this building important? --Bachrach44 22:43, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
