[edit]Hi Jayesh gohel1111, welcome to Wikipedia! I'm sorry to see that your initial contributions have been reverted, but I hope you won't be too discouraged. It's common and understandable that when someone walks into an active project with millions of articles and thousands of editors, the first few buttons they push may not be the right ones. Wikipedia is a complicated place. It's run completely by volunteer editors. To keep everyone moving in the same direction, we've developed numerous policies, guidelines, and norms that describe how the encyclopedia operates. That infrastructure has been necessary to keep such a large project alive. Unfortunately, it means there can be a steep learning curve for newcomers. But there's lots to do here, and we could certainly use your help. Just below this I'll paste a standard welcome template that comes with links intended to help new editors. Please have a look. That template will also have a link to the teahouse, a page where newcomers can ask questions in a more welcoming environment.
I'll leave you with a piece of unsolicited advice: Articles on large important topics like breast cancer have already been worked on by many editors, who have put countless hours into improving them. Because of that, for better or for worse, it's often challenging for a new editor to step in and make changes -- both because the article is already in decent shape, and because there's more folks watching the article resistant to change. I'd highly recommend as a new editor you find some quieter parts of the encyclopedia to work on. If you need help finding tasks or articles to work on, feel free to ask here, or post at WT:MED, where medicine-interest editors congregate (so to speak). Alright, will paste more info below.
