[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Michael van Gerwen, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Rob Cross. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:16, 23 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

February 2021

Information icon Please don't change the format of dates, as you did to Christmas. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.

For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.

If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. Thank you. Walter Görlitz (talk) 21:58, 16 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at 2020–21 Paris Saint-Germain F.C. season, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Sakiv (talk) 23:57, 16 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Linking tennis players Comment

[edit]

Hi, in Dominic Thiem's article, you added extra links to other tennis players in the 2021 section, lots of those tennis players have already been linked in the 'Career' section, and so we don't link to them again within that section. This is to avoid MOS:OVERLINK with duplicate links. Thanks Ym2X (talk) 13:52, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2021–22 Chelsea F.C. season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Stamford Bridge.

Live updates

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Joseph2302. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Aymeric Laporte have been undone because you've updated the statistics during a live match. This is known as a live update and should not be done until the match the player is in has completely finished. If you think I made a mistake or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Joseph2302 (talk) 16:58, 23 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Recent contributions

[edit]

Hi England51. Thank you for all the contributions. But in most of those, you did not provide a reliable source. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial.

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In your recent edit to Richard Nixon, you added links to an article which did not add content or meaning, or repeated the same link several times throughout the article. Please see Wikipedia's guideline on links to avoid overlinking. Thank you. Loafiewa (talk) 19:31, 21 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 20:11, 8 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
