Hacksaw
[edit]Hi, Coffeegirl3000! The main issue with "Hacksaw character" has nothing to do with whether it's public domain or not. The main issue is with notability. If you read that guideline, you'll note that something is notable if it has significant coverage in multiple reliable sources.
