Dear Ruptor,

sorry, just undoing is not great and I apologize. But frankly, there were quite a few statements that were incorrect. In particular:

- the old version state that the algebraic attack is most devastating. This is completely wrong. In most cases, one can NOT recover the manufacturer key with the analytical attacks but only the device key. - the issue with the 60 bit seed version is incorrect. If a 60 bit seed is used the most powerful attack (namely cloning a key after 2 eavesdropping) is in fact "impossible", at least not without a few 1000 PC years of computation.

However, I think we are now moving to a good version of the page. christof

Hello Christofpaar. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

3. Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
4. Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.
