A tag has been placed on Lovers of Imam Mehdi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. [edit] Hi Babubha67! I noticed that you recently marked threes edits as minor at List of contemporary Muslim scholars of Islam that were not. In each edit you added a name. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Marking your edits as minor when they are not is dishonest. In your case this dishonesty was pointless because you also left an accurate edit summary, and at least two of the names you added deserved to have been added. There does not seem to be an article for one of the names - Syed Hamid Hussain Musavi Kintoori Lakhnavi Hindi Neshapuri (1830 - 1888) please could you either find the relevant Wikipedia article on him, or try creating one on him.-- Toddy1 (talk) 09:42, 17 October 2020 (UTC)
Did you ever meet Hamid Hussain Musavi? The reason I ask this was that you added him to a list of contemporary Muslim scholars of Islam. Contemporary means living or occurring at the same time. Think about it.-- Toddy1 (talk) 16:37, 17 October 2020 (UTC)
I see that you have been making more edits to the List of contemporary Muslim scholars of Islam.
- You messed up the formatting.
- You added names without wikilinks.
So I have had to revert you.
A wikilink looks like this: Abd al-Aziz ibn Baz. You add it to the article like this: [[Abd al-Aziz ibn Baz]]. If the person you want to add does not have an article on them, that might mean that they are not notable, or maybe it means that Wikipedia spells their name differently and you need to search for the article on their name.-- Toddy1 (talk) 08:12, 25 October 2020 (UTC)
