I am using the nickname "Arsenal" in other wiki-based projects, like Russian Lurkmore, Urbanculture and Russian Wikireality. I have to use this nickname ("Arsenal.UC") because nickname "Arsenal" was used before by this user. He is inactive, but I cannot use my usurpation right... now. If you want to get an explanation of my nickname: "Arsenal" here means "weapon warehouse", and "UC means "Urbanculture" - my base project. You may read this on my Russian Personal Page and on my pages in other projects (enter there and type "User:Arsenal" in the searchbox).
