I noticed that you posted {{help me}} to your talk page. I'll be happy to assist you. The IP Address that you are currently accessing Wikipedia from appears to be hard-blocked. If you already have a Wikipedia account, you should be able to log in and edit from this IP Address. Otherwise, you'll just need to make contributions using a different internet connection or network. Please help me with...Royal Tunbridge Wells page. In the media section, it refers only to the BBC, but the local paper, the Kent and Sussex Courier, has been covering the town since 1842.. www.courier.co.uk

The article mentions that the BBC has a regional centre in Royal Tunbridge Wells. It does not link to the BBC's website. Linking to the Courier's homepage would provide our readers with no additional information on Royal Tunbridge Wells.
