Viki's Granola

[edit]

Viktoria's Gourmet Foods makes Viki's Granola, a specialty granola. It is certified kosher, gluten-free, and Non-GMO.[2] Sater started her Viki's Granola business in 2010 at a time when she had been looking for a franchise opportunity. Sater initially rented a vacant 2,500 square foot bakery space in Port Washington but later moved to a 9,000 square foot space in Bethpage as orders increased.[3][4] For two years running, Viki's Granola had the fastest growing sales in the specialty granola market. It is now available across the United States as well as some other parts of the world.[5]

Personal life

[edit]

Sater was born in Ukraine.[6] She lived in Israel, Belgium, and California before moving to New York City at the age of 21.[7] Sater lives in Port Washington with her husband Felix Sater and two Yorkies.[6][8] They have three daughters.[1][9]

Sater holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Marymount Manhattan College.[10]
