Nicholas "Nick" Fallon is a fictional character from the original NBC daytime soap opera, Days of our Lives. The role was originated by Blake Berris in 2006.

[edit]Nick is released from prison in the summer of 2012 and the family rallies around him to help get him released, including coercing Melanie into testifying on his behalf. As the town pariah, Nick finds a kindred spirit in Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) who has also been shunned by the town for her schemes. Meanwhile, Nick clashes with Melanie's boyfriend, Chad DiMera (Casey Deidrick) and Chad assaults Nick when he mistakenly believes he has hurt Melanie. To keep Chad from pressing charges against Gabi for her part in Melanie's latest kidnapping, Nick blackmails him into signing an agreement so he will keep quiet about Chad's part in his assault. Gabi and Nick start seeing each other and eventually move in together. However, when Gabi learns she is pregnant with Nick's gay cousin Will Horton (Chandler Massey)'s baby, Nick stops her from getting an abortion and proposes marriage promising to raise the child as his own. However, the first wedding is derailed when Chad exposes the baby's paternity to the entire town. Nick and Gabi finally tie the knot in a private ceremony on March 15, 2013.
In May 2014, Nick is murder leading to a whodunit storyline which culminates in Gabi confessing to his murder and being sent to prison.
