MarkAHershberger has said nothing about xyr gender.
??? is what you get by default when three parameters (male, female, ???) are given to the {{Gender:...}} parser function.
Users who don't specify a gender will be identified as male when the {{Gender:...}} parser function is given only two parameters instead of 3.
