The Shops at West End, is a lifestyle center located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities. It opened in and comprises 381,000 sq ft (35,400 m2) of leasable retail space. The mall is partially owned by Simon Property Group and is anchored by Cub Foods and an Icon Theater.[1]
History
[edit]The Shops at West End opened in 2008 in approximately 381,000 sq ft (35,400 m2) of retail and office space. The Shops serves as a lifestyle center, complete with 3,200 parking spaces, specialty retail, restaurants, entertainment, and green space.[2]
Future
[edit]The lifestyle center has created plans to develop a 400-unit apartment/condominium complex in the near future.[3]
