The bounties will be payable as donations to the Wikimedia Foundation. Bounties claimed before April 1, 2009 will be paid by April 30, 2009, and bounties claimed after that will be paid within 30 days.
The featured pictures must be licensed under Creative Commons, and not GFDL, so that they can be reused elsewhere, such as on Wikitravel.
