Olof Kajbjer, (born January 31, 1992) better known by his in-game name olofmeister, is a Swedish professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player who currently plays rifler and secondary AWPer for fnatic. He also played for TEAMGLOBAL, LGB eSports, Absolute Legends, and H2k.

Early life leading into cs

Olofmeister has a sister and two parents and is 24 years old. Olofmeister started playing soccer when he was 4. He played until he was 14-15, but he got injured and could not play anymore soccer for a year. Therefore he started playing a lot of counter-strike.

Career

2012-2013

Olofmeister played on some smaller teams, and was not widely known as great player like today. Olofmeister played on H2k, Absolute Legends, and LGB eSports.

2014

Kajbjer joined Stockholm-base fnatic in June. Fnatic finished 5-8th at CS:GO Major DreamHack Winter 2014.[1] . Furthermore Olofmeister was part of a large controvery, which was known as the "Olofboost". Olofmeister was boosted in an illegal boost, which won a pivotal game against Team LDLC during DreamHack Winter 2014. Olofmeister considered leaving Fnatic after that with Krimz, but in the end he stayed on Fnatic.

2015

In February fnatic won IOS Pantamera after beating Titan in the finals.[1] In March fnatic won CS:GO Major ESL One Katowice 2015. In August fnatic won the second Major of the year, ESL One Cologne 2015. In December Fnatic finished first at ESL ESEA League finals.[2] The team finished 5-8th at DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca 2015.

After Markus "pronax" Wallsten left fnatic on the 12th of November 2015, the team recruited Dennis "dennis" Edman. The team proceeded to win the next three tournaments that they attended: FACEIT 2015 Stage 3 Finals, Fragbite Masters Season 5, and ESL ESEA Pro League Season II - Finals. Olofmeister was considered the best csgo player in 2015

2016

In January 2016, olofmeister and his team won the SLTV Starseries XIV over Natus Vincere.

Absolute Legends

Olofmeister played with Andreas "schneider" Lindberg, Markus "pronax" Wallsten, Dennis "dennis" Edman, and Alexander "rdl" Redl. In 2013 Absolute Legends decided to disband their csgo division. Andreas "schneider" Lindberg and Markus "pronax" Wallsten joined Fnatic, the team which Olofmeister joined in 2014 replacing Andreas "schneider" Lindberg.

LGB eSports

In LGB eSports, Olofmeister played with Simon "twist" Eliasson,Lars Freddy "Krimz" Johansson, Dennis "dennis" Edman, and Isak "cype" Rydman. He played there with his current teammates dennis and Krimz .

TEAMGLOBAL

Olofmeister played in another Swedish lineup with the same players as in LGB eSports. Krimz and dennis leave and the team exits from Dreamhack Summer 2014. The team then disbanded in June.

Fnatic

[edit]

Olofmeister joins Flusha, JW, and Pronax with Krimz. He has played from 2014-06-30 – to today.
