Liocarcinus depurator is a species of crab found in the North Sea, Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea and Black Sea. Described in 1758 by Carl Linnaeus, it can be distinguished from other crabs by the curved rows of white spots on the carapace.Photo: Hans Hillewaert
