- I was trying to restructure it and I think quite a bit of information could be added regarding the impact on other locations and perhaps how they dealt with the disaster. I don't mind a merge as it's not my article anyway, I just wanted it to be somewhat presentable. OMouse 05:55, 19 August 2006 (UTC)
