Newton Dale Halt railway station → Newtondale Halt railway station – NYMR website and all writings describe the station as "Newtondale" instead of "Newton Dale" Danners430 (talk) 10:35, 8 July 2024 (UTC)
- What do the signs on the platform say? From the images, it's hard to see if it is in two words or just one. David Joy, Martin Bairstow and Trackmaps list it as Newtondale Halt,[1][2][3] whereas Benham, who was at one time the general manager of the railway, states it is Newton Dale Halt.[4] The joy of all things (talk) 18:55, 8 July 2024 (UTC)
- The signs do read NEWTON DALE HALT Danners430 (talk) 19:01, 8 July 2024 (UTC)
