Umino Iruka → Iruka Umino – As pointed out in Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Anime_and_manga#Naruto_character_article_titles, the current names for articles about Naruto characters are inconsistent with the names used for other anime characters (Naruto characters use Japanese order for names, while most other anime characters have their name in Western order), as well not following the naming guidelines in WP:MOS-JA.

Isn't there a Japanese artist named Iruka? What if someone wanted to make an article on her? The autolink should be disabled and "Iruka" should point instead to a Disambiguation page!

Addendum: Found some info on the singer here (http://www.iucn.org/en/news/archive/2001_2005/press/about-iruka.pdf) and here (http://www.iucn.org/en/news/archive/2006/07/27_iruka.htm) also a clip of her first hit: "Nagaroyuki" on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GZkcSN05nQ). I'm new to Wikipedia. How can I start an article on her? Thanks.
