Edward Morello is a British politician who has been the Member of Parliament for West Dorset since 2024.[1] A member of the Liberal Democrats, he gained the seat from Chris Loder, a member of the Conservative Party.[2] He won with a majority of 7,789.[3] He is the first non-Conservative MP since the creation of the constituency in 1885.[4] Edward first ran for Parliament in the 2019 General Election.[5]
