Alex Shackell is an American swimmer and 2024 Summer Olympics team member for the United States.[2] Shackell qualified at the 2024 US Olympic Swimming Team Trials where she placed sixth in the 200m freestyle.
Personal life
[edit]Her brother, Aaron, has also qualified for the 2024 US Olympic team after placing first in the 400m freestyle.[3] Shackell's father, Nicholas, was also an Olympic swimmer, representing Great Britain at the 1996 Summer Olympics in the 100m freestyle.
