Currently, 6,527 of a total of 6,845,319 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,040) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,864 articles (about 1 in 171.717) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,391 articles (about one in 147.557) which are either good or featured.
