Contested prod. No charting albums. No reliable third party sources. No non-trivial coverage. Fails WP:MUSIC in the worst of ways. JBsupreme (talk) 06:54, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, meets notability per WP:MUSIC#C5 for multiple album releases on Rap-a-Lot Records. Esradekan Gibb "Talk" 11:08, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm fairly certain that notability is not inherited, simply releasing albums with a label doesn't transfer over notability either. JBsupreme (talk) 16:14, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Actually if you follow the link to the guideline that Esradekan helpfully supplied you'll see that notability can be acquired in this way as long as the label in question is "a major label or one of the more important indie labels". Phil Bridger (talk) 13:15, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete. Nothing within the article is verifiable. If the subject were still alive, it would fail WP:BLP as well. RFerreira (talk) 20:12, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so that consensus may be reached.

- Keep - While the article may need clean up/expansion, the subject has a lot of releases by an important label. A comprehensive discography of Rap-a-Lot Records shows 9 releases for him. His own discography shows enough good releases outside of his Rap-a-Lot releases to satisfy WP:MUSIC as well. AFD is not Clean-Up. Torinir ( Ding my phone My support calls E-Support Options ) 15:45, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. The subject clearly meets WP:MUSIC criteria with multiple albums on a major label. I must also add that I can't see any incivility or failure to stick to the points in Torinir's comment. Phil Bridger (talk) 21:00, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
