An Old Fashioned Girl is a 1949 American film starring Gloria Jean. It was directed by Arthur Dreifuss and based on a story by Louisa May Alcott.

Jean had just made two films for Dreifuss at Columbia then signed to do two more for the director.[1] It was made by Vinson Productions for Eagle Lion.[2]

Filming started 20 September 1948.[3]
