Moving Target is an American-Irish 2000 action film.
It stars Don "The Dragon" Wilson and was the last film Roger Corman made at Concorde Anois for New Horizons.[1][2]
Plot
An innocent tourist becomes a target of the police: He is framed for murder and pursued for unknown reasons and must discover the truth before it kills him.
