History
The Canadian Army began staff training in England during the Second World War. Staff training moved to Canada, and four- to six-month courses were delivered for a short time at the Royal Military College of Canada. After the Canadian Army Staff College became a formal part of the Canadian Army, the college moved the Fort Frontenac. In 1975, the college was renamed the Canadian Land Force Command and Staff College.
