Owen John Dolan (born 1928) is the former [[Coadjutor bishop| Catholic Bishop of Palmerston North. He was appointed by Pope John Paul II on 2 November 1995 and was ordained bishop on 10 december 1995. He retiered on 30 Sptember 2004.[1]
