Bilenky Cycle Works is an American handmade bicycle manufacturer located in Philadelphia, Philadelphia. Bilenky makes both individual frames as well as complete bicycles The company was formed in 1983 and is owned by Stephen Bilenky, formerly of the musical group The Notekillers. The company makes high-end tandem and single bicycles. Bilenky offers both custom frames and ready-made frames in standard dimensions. Most frames in the company's current line-up are TIG-welded steel.

- Midlands Touring - a long wheelbase touring bike with low bracket.

- Viewpoint - a proprietary semi-recumbent tandem with independent stoker pedaling.
