Heinrich Christian Macklot (1799 - 1832) was a German naturalist.

Coenraad Jacob Temminck sent Macklot with Heinrich Boie and Solomon Müller to Asia to collect specimens for the Natural history museum of Leiden. Macklot visited New Guinea and the island of Timor from 1828 to 1830 on board Triton.
